APPALLING! UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL!
My sincere advise to all travellers . while going for International Holidays NEVER CHOOSE TRAVEL TRIANGLE OR SVS TRAVELS.
They will let you down badly, they will ditch you when you most need them. Most reviews are OK as nothing usually goes terribly wrong .
But if something does go wrong . in a foreign land . U need a travel agent that you can bank on. These people can hardly be relied upon to give you reasonable Bus service from Mumbai to Aurangabad. Given their competence and attitude . Even that would be doubtful.
I booked a family trip to Dubai in the month of Mar through Travel Triangle and chose SVS as against a couple of others on the personal recommendation of Ms Kamal Sharma of Travel Triangle.
Trouble started on the very first day at Dubai . after the Cruise we kept looking for our Taxi in pouring rain . to no avail. We had to make our own arrangements back to the hotel. Rest of the holiday was OK, till the day of departure from Dubai.
Our air tickets were booked by the agent, who did not even bother to inform us that our return flight(Jet airways) had been cancelled. I just happened to check online on the morning and to my horror found that our flight had got cancelled . For the next three hours I kept trying to contact Santosh from SVS and Kamal Sharma from Travel Triangle . Kamal never responded at all, I could get in touch with Santosh of SVS, who assured me that his team(actually there is no team . just a man and a dog) was working on making alternate arrangements . Next three hours he did nothing and finally told me to book an alternate flt . which I did myself at an addl cost of 20k. In place of a direct flt to Dli, we flew via Kochi where our baggage got lost . but that is another tale .
Once back in India, when I enquired about refund of cancelled flight . SVS says contact Travel Triangle who in turn stopped answering my phone. And when I contacted jet air, they said since our tickets were booked through an agent, only agent could contact them for refund . Many people have got refund on cancelled Jet air flights, however Travel Triangle’s dealings are totally opaque. Once they have their money, customer can keep suffering.
Once again, My sincere advise to all travellers . while going for International Holidays NEVER CHOOSE TRAVEL TRIANGLE OR SVS TRAVELS.
