Im sharing our event sequentially for the benefit of others. Travel Triangle is just a commission agent who are least bothered once the initial booking amount is paid. Many things in the quotation remained a false promise from there third party agent.
we reached phuket on 11th feb 18, they promised to give local sim card which we didnt get at the time we arrived in airport.
Once after reaching hotel our accommodation got changed. They told us that they upgraded our hotel in place of our choiced hotel they provided worst hotel room.
we were 4(2 families)who booked to enjoy together but we got everything seperatly hotel stay transfer flights everything.
next day we purchased sim card of 300 thai bhatt as we didnt get the sim during entry.
13th Morning we had told by local agent to get ready by 9Am they will pick us for droping airport for pataya. driver came at 8 am early. left without taking us. as we had flight at 12 we had to rush anyways. airport was 26 km away. we paid 1200 thai bhatt for transfer.
On 13th we got transfer to patayya where we went to coral island for activities. there vendors were so rude. During parasealing they drag me towards boat for finishing the activity fast without instruction. I fall, got injured, still nobody showed humanity. Entire trip of mine became worse because of injury. unable to complete rest other activities after doing payment.
other family who were with us they got good flight. while our flight was cheap and worst. they didnt provided food no lounge available for economy booking while in other flight it was all there. Even though taking good amount of equal price with both of us we got different accommodation flight and transfer.
it was the worst pathetic journey I had with travel triangle. they give everything to there third party team after that they dont even call you to ask the status.
Our third party agent name was Mangal yatra on which Asha Rajput was assisting me. I would say she was new or meant only to take money.
even after booking a good package paying a good amount I had to pay to local service for same. Dont know what communication they had with there vendors in Thailand. they do false commitment. at last customer suffers a lot.
