I faced a NO response from travelguru customer care.During the recent floods in Chennai my flights got cancelled to PORTBLAIR(via chennai)and so I had to cancel my hotel bookings as well .I got all the refund from the flights and hotel from makemytrip.com but just got a 50% refund of the hotel I booked from travelguru.Had to follow them up for days and the hotel ppl as well.
Travelguru guys dont even bother to call the hotel admin staff to ask for refund they tell the customers to contact themselves and the hotel staff tell to contact the booking website .All I did was wasted all my time and money contacting the two and behaving as mediator to get back my money.This website definately suckkks.Worst exp ever.Will give negative reviews everywhere
