Mahabaleshwar - I had booked Hotel Rahi through travelguru. The Hotel is low cost hotel average facilities but a truly value for money package. for as low as 2500 we got 2 days stay including breakfast, lunch and dinner. the rooms were average and so were the facilities; however its apt for what you pay.

My post stay query was handled by Shailesh Choughule & response was within committed time lines. I also got a good hotel as commited and as per expectations. I had booked 2 months in advance and did not know the hotel; so was apprehensive. however we got the best of service from the hotel in line with ratings given by travelguru.
I recommend booking through travelguru. some of my experience with other travelwebsites were not so good. I plan to continue using the services. will write about my other experiences as they happen. hepofully should get similar kind of services on futher bookings theough travelguru. Alibaug - we stayed at hotel sahayadri booked through travelguru.
Though was there for a single day - we got the best out of the deal. the hotel is a bot far from beach but if you have your own transport this problem should be taken care off. good place to stay and a decent room service and facilities. always recommended for a short stay.
