I booked a hotel for Bangalore vide travel guru booking no. TG 2308409, where as my hotel was booked in Badami Karnataka that is 500 kms from Bangalore which I came to know when I reached Bangalore. After I came to Know I requested Travel guru representative to get my reservation cancelled, any how with great difficulty he agreed to cancel & refund the full amount to me
within 05 days. After 05 days when I contacted the travel guru they went back from promise & with great difficulty after contacting 10 times agreed to pay only 50%. I was punished unnecessarily without my fault financially & physically harrassment .
this is atotal cheating & fraud company Pl do not get trapped.
