This is in furtherence to my comments and view posted on this site ealier.
This is to inform you readers that all my issues have been montarily compensated and been resolved on mutual understanding.
Now I do not have any sort of pending issues with travel guru and infact I appreciated the Travel guru manager who took keen intrest in my case and resolved the matter with a positive outcome.
Mistakes do take place . But if they are awned and sorted out positively, I it does not leave any scope of unhappiness or grudge.
Now I am comfortable with travel guru and would consider them in my future travel plans.
I am sure I would get a good service next time. I would clarify all small and minor issues before my bookings to avoid any kind of misunderstandings.
I would once again thank travel guru manager for her positive approach and good customer relationship.
