Do not book your hotel rooms on travel guru...they will generate wrong hotel booking confirmation and deduct lots of money during cancellation and tells you that it is their policy....
Be careful...and always call up the hotel you want to book and book directly...
However use travelguru to search for the hotels and don’t book in it....most of the hotels have their own websites you can book with them and also avoid paying hefty amount of money to these third class middle man like travelguru...
