Travelguru is one of the worst and and the most pathetic site I have ever come across.Recently I had booked two rooms in a hotel in Mysore, way in advance through travel guru and they had even sent me a confirmation of my booking through a mail.But just two days before, I had called the respective hotel to re-confirm my booking, upon which I got to know NO rooms were ever booked through this horrible travel site.
Even after my repeated calls to travelguru, they were not able to resolve the problem and just kept buying time.
I had to face a lot of problems to search for another hotel for me as most of them were booked over the weekend due to irresponsible and non accountable service of travelguru.
So guys please never ever visit this site or try for any bookings through them as you may lend up in trouble.They do not deserve any ratings.
