I booked hotel room at Mysore. Booking details were not provided to the hotel till I reached the hotel reception, the next day. Hotel reception told me that there is no reservation on your name. I was stranded with my family in Mysore.
I called the call center, they were pathetic. Asked me to wait and when ever I called for a followup, I was surprised that there was no record of my call or complaint with them. Every time I called it was like treated like a fresh call and I was very sad and regretted of booking via TravelGuru. I vowed that I will never do any bookings via this portal.
If there was negative rating, I would have rated it below zero in negative numbers.
