I recently saw travelguru ad in news paper. The day before me and my wife was planing our holiday as I am very busy with work so I dont get time. My son B’day is coming up so I just tought to celebreate in grand style as he is truning 5 in nov. We never been to goa to I thought to call this people let me know about the hotels and holiday packages for Goa. I called them I spoke with Mr Bhushan in Travelguru. I never thought the travel agent service is that good but now I m sure that there is some one who take care of people time. Mr Bhushan gave me all information , since he was nowing I m doing window shoeing. That was true , But I m really impress the way that guy guide me to goa. I told him I want to celebrate my son B’day over there he told all possible opition in Goa. I been to in serivce industry from long time , my whole life is in this field and my wife is also in same field , we never got this kind of service from any other company . I keep calling for my bill to Airtel and they dont respond on time but travelguru do that.
I told him to call me around 6 pm in evening but he told me his shift over around 3 pm and still that guy was ready to call me around 6 pm . He told if u r sure for the booking he will wait till 6 pm in the office and make the call to me. I was impress the way his attitude towards work. I discuse the thing with my wife and then again I call them but he was busy on other line. As I kept the message for him to call me , he did call me in 10 min. then I thought this company really care for the people time.
Finally I told him I have selected the hotel and want to do the booking. He made me smile whole day , we was just planning for a holiday and we made it on one call . I booked a hotel . As I was selected two hotels .He was very sweet and great selling skill. He gave me the opition of 3 night in one hotel and 3 night in other as they was in north goa and south go. I ended making two reservation with travelguru. Just I recevice a good service. They are real guru of hotels. Hats off to them . Keep it up travelguru.
I will be using Travelguru serivces and I will recommend to all other people in our to take there services. I am great fan of Mr bhushan, Great guy and real good selling skill. Best of luck Mr bhushan.
