The website has an impressive hotel inventory across India and you will be spoilt for choice with the range of hotels out there and the various hotel deals and discounts on them.
I have never had a problem booking on Travelguru, although sometimes there have been certain issues which were duly resolved by the customer service team. In my opinion, all eCommerce websites face issues and we must take it in our stride if we want to continue using eCommerce websites.
