If you have an intention to enjoy your vacation, don’t even think about using this website. We booked hotels from them for ooty and when we reached there, we were given the worst possible room only because travel Guru has not transferred the entire amount payed by us to the hotel.
We were forced to pay extra money for a decent stay. Upon that, the customer care of this website only say one thing - " we are working on this". This is going to be our last usage of this site for sure
