My gujrat trip booking money not yet refunded by travel guru.
Booked hotel from travel guru paid online, but at hotel site hotel management not ready to give me room , they told we are not tie up with travelguru.
So how travel guru can take booking on behalf of such hotels? At that time I don’t have any option paid amount at hotel in cash, after that only I am able to check in my room.
travelguru customer care(after a lot of quarreling) promises me that refund will be provided within 7 working days, but it’s more than 15 days, not any response from travel guru.
Fake travel agency.. Beware from them.
After coming from vacation, done google research find a lot of similar complaint on Internet against travel guru.this was my first booking from travel guru..And it’s like hell...few Pic of hotel room attached.
