We had availed services of travel guru and the experience was a far cry from a decent holiday.
We wished that we had not traveled at all. But we continued with the holiday as we had already set out for it.
To start of with, their PR is so bad and unprofessional. You have different people attending to your calls and you have to start explaining all over again as each person has no inkling of what you are trying to say. Half of them don;t understand your specific needs or instructions.
The so called team leader is most conspicuous by his/her absence and you keep waiting for this person to call and before you realize your holiday is over.
What holiday makers need to understand is that holidays are meant to de stress and not induce more stress.
