I have been doing hotel reservation through Travelguru since last 3 years and I had a great experience with Travelguru. I am amazed with the services offered by the Travelguru. I was planning for a trip to Pondicherry hence I called up Travelguru reservation center and got connected to Mr. Mitesh who was very cooperative. I informed him about by criteria and my needs and he suggested me an Executive Inn - A boutique Hotel which is a superb hotel and the best thing about this hotel is its locality. It is located near Rock Beach.After processing a reservation, I wanted to change the dates of my reservation for which Ms. Swati assisted me and she was very helpful and handled it at a very best manner and resolved the case. She proactively called me and kept following up on my case. I really appreciate her efforts, and also thank her for resolving my issue. Keep up the good work Swati. You are an asset to the company.
