I booked a hotel via travelguru in Lonavala(sky blue). The hotel was not upto the mark and they were left with only one room with lots of seepage so I decided not to take. The hotel guy confirmed that they will not charge as they do not have a good room.
It has been over 3 weeks and I have contacted travelguru 4 times over phone and email and everytime they tell that we are talking to hotel and revert in 24 hrs. those 24 hrs are soon going to complete 24 days. and still no resolution.
