Details of my booking yesterday are given below:
Not only did the rogue driver(details below) assigned to me not report on time, he refused to answer my calls & even disconnected when I was frantically trying to reach him. My two subsequent calls to their call center were met with a typical lukewarm & casual response. Their wonderful service ultimately led to my missing my flight.
My call to their office later in the day to complain to a Manager was answered by an executive named Rupali who, despite the seriousness of my complaint, asked me to send a detailed email. This is the professionalism associated with this company comprised of half-cooked executives who neither know nor care about customer service.
Despite problems on the last 3 occasions, I had been an unfortunate customer of their for 3+years because I believe everyone deserves a 2nd or 3rd chance. I won’t be associated with them anymore because this incident was the last straw. Companies like this don’t deserve to be in the service industry swindling customers. Please stay away from this company. There are better options than TravelTime in Pune - Fastrack Cabs(a branch of the pioneers from Chennai) is one I can certainly recommend based on my experiences.
