I have been a very loyal customer of Travel time since last 2 years. I had good experience till my last 3 experiences. On August 23rd I booked the cab for a drop to Pune railway station. I received the confirmation immediately but I had to follow-up twice for the details of the cab and chauffeur within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time.
2nd time on August 26th, I booked 2 cabs for pick-up from Pune Railway station. 1st cab reported on time and we had to wait for 30 mins for the 2nd cab. This time also I have not received the details of cab and chauffeur for which I called couple of time and requested the details.
3rd experience was the worst and most unprofessional service I got from Traveltime. On this occassion, I booked the cab at 4.30 pm on September 14, 2012 for a drop to Pune Railway station. I got a confirmation immediately with a reporting time of 4.15 pm. However till 4.00 pm, I didn’t get the details of cab and chauffeur and I must have called the office 5 to 6 times and they kept telling me that the cab would reach on time and do not bother about the details. I waited till 4.40 pm and the cab never came. I was calling the office frantically and got the response that the cab is in Pimple Saudagar (near my residence) and the chauffeur is not able to reach my no. I was using the same number to call the office and there is no question of my number not reachable. At last I have to organize an alternate means of transport and managed to reach the station just on time.
Thank you travel time for your deteriorating service. The agony and mental stress offered to me was good enough to disassociate another loyal customer from your list. I will never again call Traveltime for their service and would ensure that no one else from my friends and family use travel time.
Travel time service has gone from excellent to good to bad and now worst. They are not at all reliable.
