I have booked a ticket from travelyaari site. I have received an sms from them. As these days print out is not mandatory, I didnt carry printout of the ticket as travels are accepting the SMS. On one day before the travel date I fell sick so I have decided to cancel my ticket by contacting customer care as I was not in a position to go to Internet center and cancel my ticket. I have called customer care and provided the PNR number mentioned in the SMS, they have asked me to provide the ticket no which was not mentioned in the SMS. They have told me that they cannot cancel the ticket without ticket no which I didnt have.
So I couldnt cancel the travel and lost my money. I have sent a mail later to the customer service. I got a call from them saying that they would call me back and process the reimbursement but they never called me back.
No response for my next mails.
