I cancelled the tickets 3 days before and they deducted 20%, but as per website only 10%, when called customercare, they are telling you got your 80% money back, so be happy with it. I wont recommend to others to book tickets thru this site. Why should we pay extra money for cancelling to the third party sites? what extra service they are providing? added to this they process the refund money from 7-10 days which is very slow as compared to actual service provider. useless service by travelyaari.
