Very poor experience

But recently Travelyaari site was giving 50 Rupees discount using some code and I was attracted to it.


1) While booking ticket to Ratnagiri I faced Payment gateway issue and could not complete my transaction. So I reported the issue and thankfully the immediately acted on it and sent me ticket.  That time I was impressed with their service and was considering them as alternative to "REDBUS.com".


2) But my trouble started when my bus operator cancelled their trip and informed me within short notice. I immediately called up Travelyaari to inform this incident but they didn’t try to make alternate travel arrangement. Although they assured me to give full refund within 10-15 days.


3) 10-15 days for refund is long time but I had no choice. I started waiting for my refunds. But even after 20 days I didn’t receive my refund. So I was forced to call customer service again.


4) Now I started learning how lethargic their customer service is. Now consider my situation is "My tour cancelled which was not mistake, I didn’t get refund within 20 days, I was disgruntled when I call customer care". But customer care didn’t bother about tried to assure me that I will get my refund. But they didn’t want to take immediate action and tell me exact time frame when I can get refund.


5) 2/3 I called their Bangalore and Pune customer care numbers but they are telling me that payment service "CC Avenue" is real culprit and it it not processing my refund.


6) Overall, I am very unhappy with experience and won’t advice anybody to book tickets from this site. So don’t fall in "Discount" code trap an do bookings from standard websites( I personally liked "Redbus.in"  but others might have faced issue with this. If this is the case please let me know).
