This site changes 10% as cancellation fee apart from the Service provider charges (which would be 10% minimum again). And secondly, if I book a ticket for 2 people and later I decide to cancel one ticket, I am not allowed to that. I am forced to cancel both my tickets (they charge cancellation fee for 2 tickets) and re-book 1 ticket.
Which is total CRAP..
Please don’t get attracted to the Rs. 50 discount coupon (like ME), as you may end up paying more to them than what you saved.
