Booked Ticket from Pune to Indore with one bus operator using Travelyaari online system, Waited on bus stop for more than an hour, after which called up the operator. Bus Conductor mention the name of Bus operator is different than the one provided in Ticket.
Called to TravelYaari Customer Care (which provide horrible service) said they can’t help us. In last took another Bus paid extra. In contrast Travel Yaari didn’t responded to email nor call back as courtesy, money refund is far story.
