I had got a mail from TravelYaari.com with 5% discount on travel for month of December for Tickets booking through their site.
I am a redbus customer, but out of anticipation and dscount amount I wanted to try this site for booking.
Guess what before even I actually booked, just after start of booking process, I started getting calls from them saying we will send you a link please book through the same link, you will be given 5% discount.
Already I said I have coupon code, but he was not listening n saying my coupon code is expired.
I couldnt understand n started thinking if it fraudalent site, immediately I started getting calls every 2 min from Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyd offices for same.
Finally I asked one guy to send me link, then he sent me link but unfortunately I became busy with meetings at office and got an opportunity at evening to book the tickets through the link.
But as I was in working mode and want to finish booking part I didn’t concentrate on amount later I realized he sent an amount 40 rs.
More than actual plus I was anticipating next screen would show me discounted price, but to my dismay till end nothing happened but my money was deducted from bank.
After that I called n number to times to call center they say morning shift person did it so there is no discount, finally they say they can offer 3% discount and horrible service, they haven’t still sent me any tickets nor SMS nor confirmation of my tickets.
I am still following up but call gets disconnected every now and then.
Useless and disgusting service. Never trust them.
