Please don’t book any ticket from Travelyaari.com. This is a fake site. They take your money trouble you for sometime then return your money no service at all. My experience: I checked many sites like makemytrip, redbus, hptdc, in those sites were showing all booked for 10th June 2012 by volvo bus from Manali to Delhi. I was looking for 6 seats. I saw travelyaari was showing an empty bus (Dev travels). I thought may be these people have good contacts with Dev travels and others not. I booked 6 tickets in first and second line (1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8) seat number in Dev travels for Manali to Delhi by volvo for 10th June 2012. No communications from travelyaari till 10th afternoon. when I called to check, Dev travels fellow told we don’t have any service from Manali to Delhi.
Then my worry started, I called twice to travelyaari both the times they told don’t worry your seats are confirmed and they will call me back. after sometime they called and told bus has been cancelled now you pay more and go in different bus in the last seat. I decided not to believe them, they may give more surprise at Bus stand or on the way. I booked a private vehicle and returned to Delhi. Friends please take it serious I am not from any other site to dump travelyaari, I am a victim of Travelyaari and AAM ADMI like you.
I read many negative feedback of travelyaari but still I booked ticket with a thought that they might have improved by now OR may few people are there who always complain for anything. I have spent my precious time just to help people so that they should get trouble. I was having very horrible time with my family and kids because of Travelyaari.
