We had booked a ticket in VRL travels through Travelyaari, from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
At the boarding point (Madiwala) we were told that the bus had problems and different bus was arranged, but that bus had already left.
We called up travelyaari and they promptly assisted us and told to go to a different boarding point.
It took us 30 mins to reach that boarding point Aanand Rao circle), but the bus had already left.
When we complained to the travels (vrl) we realised that the vrl people has tried to call us several times but the number was not working. Then when we saw number they had, we came to know that our number was given wrong by travelyari. The courteous vrl people managed to get us on the bus later, but it was a hell of a experience. Travelyari had take our mobile number as 12 digits (include +91) and given the travels guys just the first 10 digits, so the number was 91xxxxxxxx , this messed up everything.
Travelyari should first have a proper information system. Never going to use travelyari again.
