I booked 4 tickets in Volvo Ac 2x2 Bus from the website of travelyaari.com from Manali to Delhi on 5th Oct, 14. Though it was clearly mentioned that the bus will be volvo and the bus service name was Himachal Volvo Tours, but we were given a Tata ac Bus.
The ticket cost us Rs 1500 per head. Which is very high for a tata Ac bus. Moreover the Bus opearyor were very rude to the travelers and didn’t respond to our request.
My concern is that In travelyaari.com website the Bus type was mentioned as Volvo. Which made us believe it’s a Volvo. This is an issue on the website service.
Hence I want a refund of my money.Otherwise we can say the service is not good and even mis-leading for customers. So this website is not recommend for online booking.
