This company is very unprofessional. I booked flight from Pune toJodhpur during 1st week of October. The ticket got cancelled and immediately got a call from a lady stating the booking is canceled due to price expiration and my amount would be refundedwithin 7 days. But until today they have not refunded. I called their customer care, sometime they answer call and repeat the same ’will be refunded within 7 days’. They also discontinue the call without giving proper information.
From the reviews below, I can see many of are experiencing similar issues. I feel like cheated and hence thought of sharing it here so that others would possibly refrain to book flights from this website.
When someone searches for flights in google, this company comes first in search. Not sure why Google is taking ads from such unprofessional company.
