I have booked my ticket from Travolook.in on 3rd May 2021 from Guwahati to Delhi . My reference I’d is REF764643784. After 30 minutes of booked the ticket I got a call from the executive that your booking is cancel due to some operational reason. Today is 28th June 2021 and from the day of booking I am continously follow up for my money of RS 7598/- from customer care and send mails but every time they have new excuse. Today i;e on 28thJune 2021 again one of there executive try to make me fool. She offered me that the company will provide you the Travolook wallet service and next time your money of RS 7598 will adjust. I will completely denied for the same and then she provided me the complaint number. This way I am facing the mental harrasement from this company. I am collecting the evidences against this company to approach the consumer court. Guys please don’t use this portal for ticket booking.
