I had booked a ticket from Ranchi to Mumbai on 28th June which did not get confirmed but the ticket amount was deducted from my account. The customer support team said that I will get my refund within 20 working days, but I did not receive it. I again called them to receive an answer to wait for another 10 working days but till now(as on 2nd August) I have not received my money.
I am calling the customer care daily, an IVR tells me that I am caller no 7 and need to wait for 3 minutes.By the time, I become caller no 1, the phone disconnects automatically.
I don’t know if they are running a scam or what, but I had pathetic experience and till now I have not received my refund.
