Booked twice tickets got confirmed for ongoing, then again for return tickets got email status they got cancelled twice , spoke with most pathetic customer support team , they should have proactively using the amount for these bookinga which got cancelled should have helped me to book tickets from their end using the the amount which had been. Blocked due to previous cancelled ticket or atleast offer refund to wallet immediately to use it to book again thru travolook , but no they have most horrible customer support who will never give us these opty proactively ..will never again book thru this website , still waiting for refund for one of the bookings dont know when that auspicious day willl when will I get a refund, , one more thing abt their customer support when asked for senior they cannot to senior giving reason work from home , asked for call back from senior mgmt which I agreed but till now never received a call back all fake promises , please don’t ever book thru this website
