I had approached Trawellday for visit Visa for Singapore and Malaysia for my parents.They messes up the application process and caused delays in receiving the visa.I had to reschedule the entire itinerary for my parents leadi
ng to losses. When I had followed up on the status with Nithin Abraham in Mumbai, he was very rude to me. He shouted and blamed me for providing incomplete documents when I had provided everything as per checklist. My understanding is they misplaced the documents and applied very late. This organization can’t be trusted as they keep lying and blaming embassy and courier services for their failing. Also there MD Thomas in Bangalore is an absolute unruly uncultured person.
He lacks any basic manners and his behavior is the characteristic of this fraudulent and incompetent organization. Avoid Trawellday for any travel or Visa. These people should be booked in consumer court and made to pay for damages caused by their negligence.
