I had the misfortune of approaching Trawellday for visit Visa for Shengen countries for my father. They misplaced his passport and delayed applying for his Visa to consulate by 37 days. All the while they were lying to me when I inquired about the delay that the delay was caused by the embassy. This is there modus operandi.
They blame embassy for incompetence. There employee Nithin Abraham in Mumbai and their Mr Thomas at B’lore were very rude to me.I dont want anyone to suffer the same harassment and loss I faced. Trawellday is useless and avoid them.
