I had approached them for a visit visit for China. I had given my documents over to their Cochin office.I had given all documents as per the check list they had mentioned. All was good for a while. Later on there were delays and when I started asking for updates they began asking for the same documents again.I began to get suspicious as I was aware of all the information has been provided earlier. Then I gave all the document copies again.I asked them to provide the status of the application process and then their employees began acting rudely.
I understood that the Cochin staff didn’t know what was going on and I contacted their Mumbai staff. The staffs from Mumbai were very rude, and refused to give me a proper update, Shital there talked ok, but Nithin Varghese behaviour was appalling, so was Thomas. I still not aware what they messed up and what was the delay about. My assumption is that they might have misplaced my documents are missed submitting all the documents.It was very bad experience especially Trawellday’s customer interaction. I would never recommend these irresponsible people to anyone. Avoid Trawellday for any Visa relation processes
