I had contacted them to get one of my certificates attested from Karnataka HRD in order to apply for a VISA. They gave me a receipt and took advance amount. At the time of delivery I found out that the attestation was wrong.
The contact person is Mr. Thomas who initially talks to you v nicely, but once he has your money , he is the most insolent....manner less person. I had told him that I had asked for an attestation from Karnataka’s HRD whereas they got it attested from some random notary from Delhi!
He called me a liar, whereas I have a ’receipt’ of what I had asked for. Now they are not ready to give me back my money, nor are they ready to give me the the proper documents.
