I had ordered 2 shirts from the web site, one of LP and one of Van Heusen. The products were delivered quickly.
The Van Heusen shirt is good. Unfortunately, the LP shirt was defective and TrendIn arranged for a reverse pick up. I also received an e-mail with the voucher.
However, I can’t seem to get a replacement for the same price. This is because I had got it during a sale and now the same shirt is showing for almost double the price now. Apparently, TrendIn has kept my money and now I will have to wait till a good deal comes up again!
I feel cheated and I am extremely frustrated. The order reference is ULNDWKRIT. I wonder if this was the reason why it was on sale!
