"I recently dined at Tresind Mumbai restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The ambiance was subpar for a so-called fine dining restaurant, and I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail in the decor and lighting. To make matters worse, my party and I were scammed into ordering expensive drinks that were not even listed on the menu. When we received the bill, we were outraged to find that we had been charged 7 times the price of their regular drinks without any prior warning or consent. We immediately brought this issue to the attention of the management, but they seemed disinterested in rectifying the situation. It has now been a week, and no action has been taken to address our concerns. To add insult to injury, the final bill was exorbitant and completely out of proportion to the quality of service we received. The only saving grace was the excellent food, but even that was not enough to justify the hefty price tag. I would strongly advise against dining at Tresind Mumbai restaurant, as their lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable."
