On 19th June 2012, I had booked a Hyundai Verna Fluidic Petrol (VTVT-EX) car by paying Rs. 10000/- as an advance. I had to cancel the booking because I am travelling abroad on project. I cancelled the booking in just 2 days. They deducted Rs. 2500/- which they call as ’cancellation charges’ and sometimes they call it as ’booking charges’. They also lied that they had blocked a car for me. But they had not promised any early delivery. In fact when I asked the sales executive about delivery period, she said that she would try.
There are many complaints about the quality of the suspension and the bumpers, fog lamps are also fragile as mentioned by some friends about Verna Fluidic.
Never ever deal with Hyundai as the quality of the car as well as the dealer’s practices are bad.
