I recently purchased i20 Asta from trident true value after which I realized that I wasted my hard earned money to them. Sales officer calls us to sell the car but once we paid initial deposit he never called me back nor he picks my call. each and every day I have call him and check the status and the servicing of the vehicle.
we noticed the right mirror, antenna and the fog lights were not in good condition he agreed to replace it,
they claim that they serviced the vehicle in Yeshwanthpur service station but they have not checked the major component of the car.
Finally we drove the car to home then we realized the AC vents are broken and the AC itself was not functioning, we called him then he says us to get the vehicle to the service center. They agreed to service with the nearest location but then we realized that the major component with th AC is worn out.
We had to leave the car in the garage for 5 days for them to rectify, dealer agreed to replace the left AC vent but surprisingly the service guys said all the other vents are not functioning and the dealers refused to replace it. As a dealer he must be aware of the problems with the vehicle.
I would strongly recommend no the customers for the bad and worst experience I had.
