Better place to work, following are the drawbacks:
1) No benefits
2) Most of the creamy stuff are already out.
3) Till 2005 it was a golden era.
4) No annual day functions (even when the days were good)
5) Very strong in Cost Cutting
6) Good place to learn things, once you learn better to move off
7) Poor infrastructure.
8) Nice place where you get paid for learning :-)
9) No good benefits even on the medical or insurance side.
10) The max you can grow is just up to a Asst Proj Manager or Sr. Sys Admin
11) Not really strong in Coding.
12) Surviving on a company called International Truck and Engines which has some major projects running in JAva.
13) 95% of Dot net Projects are short term like 3 to 6 months.
14) Company has moved more to Outsourcing than custom development solutions
15) Big Vendor for Honeywell, when people return back it looks like a browsing center. :-)
