This is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and a holy place for Hindus. This is one of the famous place in Nashik it was built during the peshwas period. Here there was two separate lines the normal line and the special line we opted for the VIP passes that is each 200 rupees and our Darshan got finished and just 15 to 20 minutes. This place I felt is bit like a commercialized. The temple is very neat and clean and it is very really peaceful here you can spend around 2 to 3 hours were here. The architecture and the interior and the carving work done on the temple is really hats off. And Temple there is so much crowd that you hardly get any time or I can see only just few seconds to take the Darshan. After that we can sit peacefully in the temple. But kindly note that during summer this place tends to be very hot and on barefoot your feet main Burn do carry an umbrella. This place is very safe but it is advisable not to wear western clothes here. This place is easily accessible this is around 1 hour from Nashik and around 3 to 3.5 hours from Mumbai via goti.There are many hotels and accommodations around near the temple but we chose to stay at Nashik. Also there are many sightseeing options available near the temple do explore them
