Worst experience and disappointing

I booked a Europe tour with this company and most of the time I spent was in bus. And almost all the places we went were in point of selling something for commission. And finally they stranded our family in Switzerland when we were 10mins late due to rain to the given location. All our belongings were in bus and we were just left in rain without any help. This was a very bad experience. Please don’t go else u vl regret.
