THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING RIGHT AGENT'S

I and our, family decided to go for Thailand tour, as per everyone’s interest we finalized Trip factory as our tour organiser, so regarding to this we approached Trip Factory for 6 Days 7 Nights plan to Thailand trip which included Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkock.Firstly we met the person who introduced herself as a Manager and her assistant famous for not receiving the calls, thereafter many of them came to guide us as all of this Cooks spoiled our sweetest memories & happy moments.


As per our itinerary on our first day, we have to leave for Phuket, from KGI Airport, Bangalore @6.15am, till 1.30 am flight tickets for 2 person were not confirmed, when we reached airport it was almost 2.00 am and when the tickets got confirmed.From Pattaya we reached Bangkok on 4th day evening, as per our itinerary they were supposed to make us stay @ Berkeley Hotel, but these people were not all bothered about our stay.
