Hmm, so now we have a string of malls coming up everywhere. But this one(Trinetra in Hyderabad) is the oldest of the chains.
The store is good and even the smallest stores has the basic minimum articles. Previously(couple of year back - up to 2006) they used to give some discount on the MRP. But with the shrinking profit and margins, now they just give the MRP.
Still at the MRP this is good store, esp considering the placement of the store. They even have some offers like Big Bazaar, but personally I find Big Bazaar offers having some fine print on them.
So, considering the locations of these stores- which are just near to some posh locality, I’d like to recommend this. Also the range of products and quality is much better than it contemporaries.
One thing I’d like to point out is - if you are couple and need some quite momemts of shopping(as opposed to aggressive selling with loud music in other malls) this is one store you’d love to visit. Here you can talk to you spouse and shop with him/her. Other-wise disadvantage is if you are taking a girlfriend here- she might not like(though I’d say this is one good test to see how good a home-maker she is?)
