On 02 Aug 2021, 08:44 PM I made a Jio recharge order throughTrue Balance app via Amazon UPI, the transaction process ran successfully and the money from my bank account also got deducted but the recharge was never reflected inmyJio app, and yes Ive checked multiple times for mistyping of my phone number and yes I typed all my number correctly, and when I contacted their given customer service email, after 2days today on 04 Aug 2021 I received an autogenerated joke email saying some basic info about how to check my recharge and claiming that they fulfilled the recharge by their end.
