I will not advice anyone to go for this.
I will share my recent experience with truebil
I have listed my GM car for selling on several location like OLX, Cardekho, .(Not on truebil)
on day I got call fro truebil for valuation of my car. I had horrible experience of cars24(see my review for cars24 also) so I told no straight away. few days later I got again call from Truebil and somehow I got convince to inspect my car by their expert. I got car reviewed and got some 4.6 score(out of 5). Later my car got listed. Their site also shows what price you shall ask for(it was in the range of 2.1L- matching with my expectation but above market trend). Initially I have not opted for paid membership. But in free membership you will not able to see details of probable or interested buyer. So after one month I opted for paid service for Rs.999 post that I could see numbers of buyers. To my surprise only one buyer quoted for 2.1L but he was not interested(i dont know why), another buyer who quoted for 1.7L later on told that he is looking for something else. I called almost 10-15 such buyers everyone had some or the other reason for not having interest(though they have shown interest initially). In between I used to call truebil but I never able to connect and used to get message all our customer rep are busy. Some times I used to get call back but their reply was standard "we are searching buyer for your car." This paid service is for 60 days and I have done almost 40 days and no buyer yet
I am having following questions
1.Were these buyers fake
2.How all the time all the customer are busy
3.Do they really sell/buy cars
4.Is treatment for paid and free buyer same
To conclude no such services can give you best price(they may provide hassle free service but at very high cost)
ie they will give you 25-30% less than market price(which their margin in other words)
