I have daily get 2 or 3 call or miss call about unknown number and I am quite thinkable who call me whose number is that .so when I listen about true caller I download true caller and after I get call it show that location and name of unknown and known person .but problem I found that one day I get call from my mother who lives with me in my town .but truecaller say calling from punjab and give punjab location and this is not single one I also found that many times it is not get location and name and it need weekly to be updated and the location and name of that person not right and helpful to me and so it service is not satisfactory for me .the main problem is that if unknown number call me I did not really know who call me.it need high speed net and require that other party who number we track must be registered on truecaller .it is big drawback of truecaller.so it is not an helpful app.
