If you’re new to freelancing and or have low budget for project. Join Truelancer. Truelancer is cool and quick to get cash in the bank system. I use truelancer very few but I am still able to complete around 5K at this site. I liked this site but for few reasons I dislike it too.

> Quick sign up with facebook/tw/google account.
> You can easily get started with truelancer, unlike freelancer they don’t force you to go pro in order to get deals.
> If you’re project manager you can publish your job for free, no money needed to posting a project.
> All you need to pay is TDS, nothing else.
> Site layout is cool and load fast.
> You can publish your gigs and set discount too.
> App is also available.
> Admin is always in call to action to help hustle withbad employeer/freelancer.
> Milestone option to hold money, milestone get cleared in around 5-6 hours after successfully completing the job.
> Algorithm to determine which freelancer is most active than other.
> Invite option available.
> They send you email for related job to your skill.
CONS
> Takes a lot of time to finally get paid.
> No TDS certificate(correct me if I am wrong).
> Very few foreigners, Indian employers think freelancer as their servant.
> Employers expectation is too high for very low price.
> Takes around couple of days to approve/reject services.
