Trueway packers movers all allocations are fake. They have given office address in multiple cities, however if you will search the address, or try to search their office location in any perticular city, where they have declared office, you will not find any.
I employed them in 2023 first time, but the courier came to me was from Sahara Packers and movers.
I employed them recently in april-25. The truck came to me not from trueway but A-one Packers and movers.
I am 100% in belief that they are Online transport Aggregator with no trucks or driver’s of their own, who will take the order and sublet the order to third party vendor, keepin thier profit margin.
Hence if you choose them, do not expect any reliability in delivery as well as protection of your goods, because the third-party who is going to handle your product wil not care for any damage, because they will not be responsible, as you would be doing business with True Way packer and movers, not then.
Their delivery posmises are just fake promises, as they depend on third party local packers & movers.
They promised 10 days delivery in part load, and took 85000 rupees+ insurance for 2000km long destination.
Despite 1000s of follow-up they the kept on postponing delivery date, my goods was at third-party godown for 9 days, after that only they loaded the goods. After that on 13th day my parcel travelled 1500 km and reached to a city which was at just overnight distance to my destination.
I requested them that I m living in empty house and am goodsless, my family is suffering because of delay. I requested them to deliver next day. But the took another 9 days to deliver my goods which was just 500km away. finally on 22nd day my goods were delivered in very bad shape.
Their excuses was- "truck can’t Speed up, they have speed limit, they can’t fly", "if we will get other goods towards your location then only we can ship your goods", "we can give you driver’s no. Because it’s our company policy, they can misbehave".
This is the behaviour of MR. ranachandra and other fellow sikandar(probably a fake name). I just asked an overnight delivery for 500km distance(on 13th day post haanding over goods to them) which can be travelled with speed of 50km /hour in a day. But they did not even tried to fulfill, because they had no control, that is also because they have surrendered and sublet my goods to some one else, a third party transporter on part load, for whome I was not priority. When he got some orde towards my location he sent it on 21st day after keeping my stuffs in their godown from 13th day to 20th day.
Mine was a hell story. That I had to sleep on floor because them just because they delayed delivery, and provided me on 22nd day.
My business with trueway turned nightmare after I recieved the goods, which were in very bad shape. Bed broken, almirah broken, 2 consignment missing, glass parcels broken, almirah with huge dents, tubs broken, fridge with dent, almost 30% of the packing were torned on the delivery date from outside before delivery.
We made video and took photo, and reported them, but as I said, they were fraud who has no accountability of their services, because they have no office where you can track and trace them. These people are taking advantage of Indian penal system where no working person wants to go to file case against them, hence they are continuing cheating customers.
They charges 9000 rupees and hiding details of premium on insurance policy. Later on when I inquired the insurance company myself they told, the cost of insurance was just 638 rupees. Never ever buy insurance from these frauds. I asked them refund and what more to expect from fraud, they denied. They gave excuse who will give u 3 lakh rupees cover in 638 rupees, I checked on insurance company website the premium they charge for my declared goods value, they(Bajaj Allianz)gave me only 638 rupees quote only.
This company isfrud company. Which cheats customer in name of insurance. Also cheats customer in name of a movers packers compaan, because they themselves don’t do the shifting packing, but a third party local movers and packers company. I gave my goods to True Way, but my goods were collected by some other movers and packers, and delivered to me by some other packers and movers(A-one Packers and movers). In between I don’t know how many hands my goods have changes before delivery.
Had I ease of access to judiciary, I would have filed a case cheating on them apart from compensation on grounds of mental harrasment and damage to goods.
