It is very difficult to find a reliable Packers and Movers as Packers & Movers is not an organised sector. I had seen may complain on various pages. No one given a proper service. I also had a very bad experience earlier so this time I am alert and looking for a genuine and reliable packing and moving company.
This time I have to shift my household goods from New Delhi to Bangalore. Than one of my friend had recommend me to try TrueWay Packers & Movers Pvt. Ltd. She had shifted her household goods from Mumbai to New Delhi. She got a very good service from TrueWay so she had recommend me to try this company.
I had went through there website and filled the online quotation form. After some time I had received a called from there Relocation Manager. We had fixed an appointment with there Relocation Manager. There Relocation Manager had visited to my address and survey my goods, answer my all the queries and gave me a quotation. There quote amount was not too high not too low it was medium. Based on my friends recommendation and there positive reviews I had booked my consignment with TrueWay Packers & Movers.
Shifting day there 7 members of team arrived to my address and start packing. There packing was superb. I had never seen this type of packing in my past shifting. They packed my entire stuff very nicely. They used good quality of packing material. I was very much satisfied with there packing. After completing the packing they loaded my entire goods nicely into the close body container and they tide with some special belt inside the container.
They promised me to delivered my stuff in 6 days of time but they delivered my goods in 5th day. Unloading & Unpacking done very quickly. They had arrange my big items like fridge, washing machine, Almira, Dinning table and assembled my 2 double cot bed.
Over all very good experience and happy with there service. If I need to shift next time definitely I will call them again.
